How our Relationship Circles work
Our 90-minute online Relationship Circles are structured, welcoming, and designed to help people connect properly.
Each Circle includes:
- a short welcome
- three small breakout conversations
- two short member spotlights
- a relaxed, interactive format where people can talk properly, not just pitch
In each breakout room, everyone has around four minutes to introduce themselves. This is not about delivering a polished pitch. It is about helping people get to know you properly.
We encourage everyone to keep it simple:
- tell people a bit about who you are outside work
- share things that help others connect with you, such as hobbies, interests, family, or what you enjoy
- give a short client story or simple example that brings your business to life
- finish by sharing how people can help you
This approach helps people find common ground more quickly, remember you more easily, and spot opportunities to introduce you to the right people.
These sessions are designed to help you build stronger relationships, get to know people beyond the surface, and create better opportunities over time.
