Circle Networks – Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all memberships, services, and event bookings provided by Decision Day Group Limited trading as Circle Networks (“we”, “our”, “us”). By joining as a member or purchasing any of our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services Provided

Circle Networks is a business networking community that offers:

  • Access to online and in-person networking events

  • Collaboration opportunities with other members

  • Training, workshops, and business development support

  • Exclusive member content and resources provided through our member platform

  • Through our partnership with Someli AI, Circle Networks members may also access Someli’s software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for social media content creation and management, provided under Someli’s own terms of service.

2. Membership and Pricing

  • Membership is offered on a subscription basis, payable monthly or annually.

  • Current pricing is published on our website and may be updated from time to time.

  • All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

  • For international customers, currency conversion and any local taxes or duties are the responsibility of the purchaser.

3. Payment

  • Payments are processed securely through our chosen payment provider.

  • Membership fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled.

  • By completing a purchase, you authorise us and our payment provider to collect recurring payments according to your chosen plan.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Memberships

  • New members may access a free 14-day trial before their first payment is taken.

  • If you cancel within 14 days of your first paid membership payment, you are entitled to a full refund.

  • After this period, no refunds are given for the current billing cycle. Your membership will remain active until the end of the period you have paid for.

  • By accessing digital membership services during your trial or paid period, you acknowledge that delivery has begun. This does not affect your right to cancel within 14 days of your first paid membership payment.

Event Bookings

  • All event bookings are treated in the same way as concert or theatre tickets and are non-refundable once purchased.

  • If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person by notifying us in writing at least 48 hours before the event.

  • If Circle Networks cancels an event, you will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to another event.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.

5. Member Conduct

Members are expected to behave professionally and respectfully towards others at all Circle Networks events and in our community platforms. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership without refund for inappropriate behaviour.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By joining Circle Networks or booking an event, you agree to our handling of your information as described there.

7. Digital Delivery

Membership services are delivered digitally via our online platform. Access is provided once payment has been confirmed. Event tickets and confirmations are delivered electronically to the email address provided at purchase.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any business, financial, or reputational outcomes resulting from your participation in Circle Networks. While we facilitate connections and opportunities, all business decisions remain your responsibility.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Circle Networks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to our services.

10. Governing Law
